Finance: Profile Based Preparation

Even though interviews happen for finance profiles, not all profiles are similar. Some require an understanding of a process/function or a sector along with the basic concepts in finance. Example, in a treasury function, your basic knowledge of finance is used. But unless, you know what exactly treasury is, you won’t be able to focus on important areas in your job. Therefore, it always becomes advisable to have a background of such concepts before interview, it just shows that you’re interested in the role.
