Tushar Gogia is a Leadership coach with more than 15 years of experience in the development and social enterprise sectors. He was a key player in the scale-up stages of major Indian NGOs including Magic Bus and Dasra. At Dasra Tushar conducted training programs for leaders from more than 400 nonprofits and social businesses across India, USA and Indonesia. In 2015 Tushar launched a leadership development program called Emerge. Emerge helps professionals discover and utilize their strengths to lead more balanced and happy lives. Emerge has more than 80 graduates across India, Nepal, UK & USA. Tushar has a BA in environmental science from The State University of New York at Plattsburgh, an MSc in Nonprofit Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Organizational Development from The New School in New York City. Social Work

Elita has been working within the development sector for over seven years and with a range of social enterprises including community-based organizations, intermediaries, and non-profit start-ups. She holds a Masters in Social Work as well as an MBA in Social Entrepreneurship. At present, Elita is a freelancer and an expressive-writing facilitator, who works with individuals and organizations on authentic story-telling and communication. She is a trained counsellor and a writer-blogger who has been the recipient of the Orange Flower Award by Women's Web under the Digital Inspiration category in January 2017.
