Your strengths and weaknesses What failures have you experienced?What have you learned from your mistakes? Leadership responsibilities you've had. Accomplishments that have given you the most satisfaction What makes you better than the other people appearing the interview A time when you were criticized and How you handled the situation. A decision you made recently and how you reached it. Describe a contribution you made to your institute or in your last job that have helped them a lot.
