Hi Harshit, You can give a brief background about yourself. Which place, college, company etc. Do not go into the depth of marks scored etc. After this try and show your strong areas. E.g. if you have been a gold medalist or olympiad winner. Highight your interest in any particular area - sports startups etc.

Good communication skills for sure. They may try and grill you to see how well you can handle pressure. They may also check how well you think on your feet. These are just some of the things - the list would be too long I guess.

Hi, There is no fixed answer. Could be more exposure, shift from your current role in the company etc. You can also be specific and say you find marketing attractive and hence you want to pursue MBA.

see you could say that you find the corporate world very fascinating and elaborate on it. You can talk about how you have been inspired by the likes of Flipkart, Ola etc. If you have a particular domain in mind like marketing, fin etc. you can say you want to pursue MBA to get a job in that field. Basically there could be many such reasons but you will have to substantiate your answer well
