Hey Vinita, I was a fresher when I converted ISB YLP. In case you have work experience, things may be different. Most profiles at ISB open for people with higher workex, so 2 or 3 years would maybe have restricted some opportunities. Whereas at IIM L, most companies are open for all.

No cons particularly. Rankings are honestly just on paper. You'll realise when you join. What is it that you're aiming to pursue should be the deciding factor for the college. Lesser work ex will lead to some opportunities not being open to you as I'd said already. Also, the fact that their intake and fee keeps increasing, ROI may not be high or parallel for everyone and that is something you should consider.
