It is very much possible. I know a couple of students who have done it in past. Don't go after Quantity. Focus on concept building and remember the different variety of questions. Also, do u want to score 100 percentile? or 90 percentile plus? 95tile+ is very much possible. Even 97.5%tile+ is possible.

Take a mock and analyze it (given in the article. how to do it effectively.) Don't run after more mocks. Important is to analyse your mistake so that you don't repeat. 2-3 mocks per week till CAT should be more than enough to crack CAT.

Focus on Accuracy and not on Speed. Even if you attempt 15-18 Quant questions, 10-12 LRDI questions and 18-20 Verbal questions with 90% accuracy, it should be enough to score 95%tile in each section. Now try to increase ur attempt in the section which u are good at. That will help u to score higher overall percentile.

If you are able to attempt 3 sets with 100% accuracy, then you will get more than 95%tile in CAT. Last time 12 correct questions fetched 98.71%tile in CAT. So, don't run after attempting more. With two months to go, may be if u can try and select sets properly that will help u to attempt 4 sets. Or may be 3 complete sets and 1 or 2 easy questions from 2 other sets.

The only mantra to succeed in RC is to practice every day 2 RCs. Try to attempt each on 12-13 minutes with overall 85% accuracy. Read online articles from project-syndicate and other good websites to improve your reading speed which will in a way help you to solve in less time.

It's good to know our weakness and you are bang on. Remeber one thing it is not about how good you are at English. Even in English, you need a good amount of reasoning. A student with good reasoning and average English should be able to fetch 95-98%tile in VA section. Try identifying your strength, which type of RC you are comfortable with, R u comfortable with Para Jumble or Para Completion or Odd Context out or Summary. Now focus more on your strength and make sure that u get 100% accuracy in ur comfort zone.

There is no other technique other than practice variety of questions and remembering the approach to whatever you practice. Having said that PnC and Numbers should be around 6-9 odd questions. Even if you are able to attempt 2-3 questions from these bunch and from remaining 25-27 questions if you can attempt 17-18 questions. Then I think scoring 95-97%tile shouldn't be a problem. Remeber one thing... CAT is about rejecting questions which you don't know. If you master this art then you are through.

If you are aiming IIMs then, Yes. Because they look at the sectional score as well. But if you are aiming at colleges which don't consider sectional score, then it shouldn't be a problem. Having said these, in CAT you will definitely be able to attempt 10-12 questions if all your basics are clear, which will fetch you 70-75%tile in Quant. If you try and manage 13-15 then you can aim at 80-85%tile. With 2-3 hours everyday at Quant for next 60 days, 13-14 questions in CAT shouldn't be a problem.

1st week just focus on std IX and X CBSE Maths book, learning percentages, solving basic Logical Reasoning sets based on blood relationship, arrangements, groups and team formation, reading online for 2 hours. From next week, start practicing everyday Quant for 5 hours and 3-4 on alternate days for LRDI and VA section. You can refer any classes study material for that. Last 3 weeks your focus should be on solving mocks 3-4 mocks per week and analyzing it to identify which strategy suits you and where are you going wrong so that to avoid the same mistake in next mock.

Percentages and its application can be done in 2 days and then 1 day for practicing random questions (around 25-30 questions) to check if you are able to apply what you learned in last two days. For Geometry, it should be 2 days (because it is more about concept and formula remembering) and 2 days for application (around 50 questions)

Focus on Percentages, Profit Loss, SICI, Speed Time Distance, Ratio Proportion, Mixture, Averages, Rate and Work, Linear and Quadratic Equation, Numbers, AP GP, Logarithm, Circles, Triangles. These should have around 20 questions in CAT. Focus on solving 3 RCs in 45 minutes, 5 Para Completion or 5 Summary in 15 minutes For LRDI, it is just about practicing a variety of sets.

Identifying 3 RCs (12-15 questions) of our comfort zone should be done by opening the pdf paper which is available in CAT interface. Now, if it is your comfort zone then attempt it in 45 minutes max. Make sure that even if you can't attempt in 45 minutes, leave RCs aside and jump to TITA questions.

If you are facing this issues then, make use of pdf in CAT interface, which helps you to see the entire section in one go. Spend 5 minutes in identifying easy questions in your comfort zone. You will atleast get 10-13 questions in Quant, 2-3 sets in LRDI and 2 RC. You should 10-13 questions in 40 minutes (2-4-3 minutes per question) 2 LRDI sets in 30-35 minutes and 2 RC in 25 minutes. It will at least make sure that you get 75%tile+ in 1.5 hrs. You still have remaining time per section to improve your sectional score. Believe this technique is helping students a lot. Many of them who were scoring in 40-50s are now scoring 85-95 and that too 2 months before CAT.
