so the thing is, elected committees carry a lot of weightage in CV

normally there are 2-3 elected committees

3. Acad Comm

these are PORs in CV

whereas clubs are Interests

but having said that, if you know how to leverage it, you can leverage clubs very well and F*&^ up big time even with committees

so we are the face of the college

We handle all communication that goes out of the college except the placement information

we also maintain all industry contacts that are not placement linked directly. So in IIM Udaipur, media committee hosts the leadership summit which is the flagship event of the management fest

And speakers are generally CEOs and CFOs

all of that is done with the aim of getting media attention and facilitating student body interaction with the corporate world

Skills: 1. Good communication

1. maintaining academic discipline and integrity of the batch

2. Facilitating students academic needs by striving to add newer subjects every year and getting the best faculty in the country to teach at the institute

primarily these three. plus some ancillary administrative work with PGP office

I have no idea about the recruitment criteria as i am not in it and had not even applied to be in it. But my guess is that it should be:
