Depends upon person to person.
Taking a deep breath and then going on again helped me. Also think on 1 question at a time approach, will make you more focused.

Focus on most of them, as CAT normally has good mix of all the topics. Check your analysis of past 2-3 years, you can get a better idea of ones to focus first.

CAT, for past 2-3 years, had more questions in RC. So you should put more efforts towards RC. Read some good editorials daily, non-fiction novels and solve mock RC questions.

Utilize maximum time outside your work. I used to take out time in mornings and weekends. First analyze all the topics in details and then start with basics. Many articles on CAT prep plan are available on insideiim.

Once you are clear with basics then go for Test series by this time. Analyze mistake that you do. Essentially, you would figure out that there is a pattern in mistakes, try to work hard and eliminate it.

CAT 2018 has a good time Ali. Start from Basic material first, give it time to sink. Then go for higher level of questions and then mock tests.
02:21 PM
Shana Kayastha
Is it possible to crack cat without tuitions??
02:21 PM
Sir I feel that , What really tests the mettle of a candidate now is a really challenging DI/LR section, and most of the material has very conventional types of question like charts, graphs, seating arrangements. How do i get hold of the unconventional questions in DI/LR?

Shana Kayastha
my basics are good..I have solved arun sharma's book...but my score in first mock was really bad..what should i do???
02:27 PM

Initially it happens, because you solve basics without time boundation but mocks have a clock set. Don't take stress, just find our mistakes and work on them. It might take 3-4 mocks to be familiar.
