@chirag there are some basic questions for all interviews. Generally it is better than you prepare the questions by making drafts and getting them reviewed by friends, family and mentors

@ankit these are the few basic questions asked in all interviews 1. Tell me about urslf - includes Ur work ex, educational background 2. Why MBA? 3. How do u see urself in 5 yrs or 10 yrs. 4. Ur strengths and weaknesses Apart from these rest questions will be in depth about ur work ex or what u want to achieve.

go through SOPs of previous year batches. Pass it to friends accross iims so that they can review and send it back. U can find many samples in internet too. But don't fake it. Dont copy anyones. Start much before drafting and thinking about answers... So that during interviews u can concentrate on current affairs

@ankit these is no difference in the topics of essay writing and GDs. U can follow TIME or career launcher for the latest GD topics. Some IIMs also give abstract topics. In that case Ur writing style, clarity and depth of information etc. are evaluated.
