    I have am experience of 30 months and I am working as a software developer but I also have experience of leading a team of two and direct interaction with client for one project. Apart from that I have also been running a small IT services business which is like freelancer with a group of friends.

    With you being involved in so much of hectic work, it would be hard to crack the top IIMs. You need to ask what is the rationale for doing MBA. If it is to gain managerial posts in IT industry itself, there is no necessity to get seat at top IIMs. A good enoough college such as NMIT, Symbiosis, XIMB would do.
