Time: 5 minutes Mood: Timepass What you need: An internet connection and some basic knowledge of the world map There is so much more you can do with the internet now. You can research for your paper from multiple sources, figure out how to build a circuit and even tune in to a radio in Scotland or Ipanema. Yeah, yeah, we aren’t making things up. Just click on this link and you’ll be redirected to a website with a spinning globe (isn’t that cool?). You can click anywhere on the globe to make it stop spinning and you’ll see tiny green dots which denote radio stations. A click of a button will connect you to the station and you’ll be tuned in just like that (no adjusting any antennas). On the right-hand side you’ll be able to see the location of the station you are tuned in to, and on the left-hand side, you will see more options of nearby stations that you can listen to. The heart-shaped icon will favourite the channel you like and you can log in to keep your favourites saved. So, the world is your jukebox, what’re you listening to? We all have a couple of minutes, sometimes hours to kill in a day. And sometimes we just need a break from the dreariness of assignments, placement preparations, and semester exams. Don't worry, we've got you covered. The next time you've got some time to waste, check out "Effective Time Wasting Strategies" on our community section for the most effective ways to waste your time (you heard it right!), where we bring you the coolest stuff on the internet.

If I'm not at my table I'm either chatting up over fizzy drinks or climbing in the Himalayas.
