It depends a lot on your interest. I have seen engineers and other students including pharmacy students doing exceptionally well. A pre-help can definitely help. Read up on accounting and other finance basics, it will help a lot.

Plus MBA is structured in such a way that you are taught basics of everything before deep-diving. In the first year, everything is taught from scratch, so that the playing field is level.

The campus is a little far from the city but we have shuttles four times a day leaving for the city and picking up students from several pick up points. Also there are Ubers and Olas available to aid your travel :)

I think that if you insist on studying basics before joining a b-school, you should try and get acquainted with accounting and discounting models

As per the IPRS standards , we are not allowed to disclose the package and profile for individual companies due to confidentiality reasons. However, the report will share the profiles offered in general. This is followed across campuses which follow the IPRS standards.

The terminals are company provided that give you all sorts of financial numbers that website will not provide. It helps you analyse a company inside out with various parameters like component suppliers and their strengths, customers and any other financial parameter that you can think of

We don't have a set pattern across the years .. companies look for a mix of personalities well all rounded in terms of the work done during the 2 years at campus plus some amount of academic background, the weight age of which is never revealed by the concerned company.

With regard to a concrete profile, it would again depend on whether they offer IT consulting or management consulting or strategy consulting. With regard to IT consulting, companies tend to prefer a background, or more preferably work experience in IT, and knowledge in IT electives, which include predictive analytics etc. On the other hand, management consulting would require knowledge across domains and calls for a general management profile, with an equitable mix of electives.

It depends on your future goal. If your goal is to become a researcher or academician, then prepare for FPM, if corporate world is your calling, go for PGDM.

Construction does not affect the students as the area is barricaded off. Construction is complete enough for all PGP purposes. Other wings are under construction.
